Application was easy enough, just did a cover letter and sent my resume in and they contacted me back within a couple of days. Conducted phone interview asking why I was interested in the position, etc. Sent me a link to a personality test, which I apparently didn't mesh well with, and got a rejection email the next day.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)
I think all people there all pass Round 1 tho

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
