Very fast, efficient process. Phone interview with HR followed by Skype interview with manager. If you pass those , they fly you to Mississauga for an in-person interview and office tour.
The in-person interview consists of "selling" one of the products that they give you ahead of time. They give you the brochure to study up and you need to know as much information as possible and convince them that the product is right for the application they present you.
