Attended an information session that outlined the position. After this, I took a prerecorded interview which is super awkward. If moved on you would be asked for an in-person interview and then sales competition.

Se divide en 4 pasos el proceso de postulación, en este momento tuve la primera fase, una inducción por parte de la empresa, el cual explicaban tanto la empresa como el puesto el cual se aplicó, así como una llamada de 5-10 minutos con una encargada de recursos humanos.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
