There was a phone interview with a recruiter, a technical assessment that logged your ability to solve problems, and then a phone interview with a manager. The recruiter attempted to prepare me for the phone interview, but after taking his advice, I was not extended an offer even for a second interview. Keyence is not looking for your answer, they are looking for a specific answer to every question. If you cannot express yourself to the interviewer over the phone or answer exactly how they want, there is no way you will get an in person interview.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
