First I had an on campus interview the same day as the career fair followed by a Phone interview that was more behavioral and then an all day onsite interview with 5 to 6 people. Mostly they get to know you, show you around to see if you are a good fit. Questions range from behavioral to questions regarding projects and experience on the resume. For the technical interview, they ask basic circuit questions ranging from op-amps, basic Filter design and response, to basic control theory for open loop and closed loop gains. Also, some digital questions on D flipflops.

Several interviewees arrived on site at 8am and were asked technical questions until around noon. Lunch was provided and non-technical interviews were held until around 4:00pm. Transportation and hotel stays were paid for by the company. Lunch was also provided by the company. The process was built around the interviewees. The company seemed interested in making sure they were interviewing people who weren't tired or stressed by the experience of getting to the interview site.
