After applying online, a recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview. The discussion focused on my resume. They informed me that I would receive a response within a few days. However, it has now been more than a month with no response at all. This seems highly unprofessional. It would be better to at least inform applicants whether their application has been accepted or rejected.
