The hiring process was impressively fast and well-organized, taking around two weeks from start to finish. The interviewers were friendly and engaging, which made the experience comfortable. I also appreciated the business case, as it was a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills and approach to problem-solving.

3 interviews process.
• 1 with HR,
• 1 technical tKeytrade tech team (2 developers),
• 1 with CEO or COO.
The process was clear at first, the first interview with the talent acquisition team is just to know you.
The technical interview went super well, left me with the impression that I would go further but no. It's not a problem not to be accepted, it's not what it is bad about them.
I got this interview on a Friday and they told me I should get an answer within a week.
After one week, still no answer so I sent a follow-up e-mail. No answer.
2 weeks later, I sent another follow-up e-mail asking if I can have news about the timeline again. No answer.
They totally ghosted me and never even answered my two e-mails. I sent these e-mails to talent acquisition + tech team which I had the interview with.
If you don't have time to do your job then change your job. I'm also losing my time that is as important as yours.
I received a refusal e-mail 1.5 month later, a generic one saying that I was refused, not even a justification.
To people wanting to interview at Keytrade, don't lose your time with them, they won't take the time for you.

Entrevista
The first interview was a 15 min phone call with HR. The second interview was an hour long technical interview involving two engineers and a manager who asked a lot of React and Node specific questions. The third interview was a culture interview involving the head of talent acquisition and a director.
I was extended an offer after sharing an approximate salary range and stressing that I was open to negotiation. I declined a request to share my latest payslip, and did not receive any response. I found out that the offer was rescinded after requesting an update. Overall it was a really poor experience due to how it ended.
