I had a phone interview at first which went well, so then I was moved on to an in person interview for the next day. I went to the interview and spoke with one person, thought that it went well. He didn’t show me around the office or anything, but other than that it was a pretty standard interview. After my interview, I got a phone call letting me know that I had received an offer from another company that I was really interested in, so I decided to take that offer. The person who interviewed me over the phone the first time called me to go over the in person interview, and this time she was pretty rude to me after I let her know that I would be taking the offer from this other company, even though I thanked her for her time and the opportunity. She said “you don’t sound too interested”.... umm yeah because I just told you that I am taking an offer from another company that I had a way better experience with! Never received any feedback from my interview. Really unprofessional. Never got an offer of course, probably wouldn’t take it if I did.

I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
