Interview was more of an informal interview basically seeing if I could carry a conversation. Whethe it be in the role of account manager or recruiter being able to effectively communicate is key to be successful in the role. There weren't any cliche questions such as strenghts and weaknesses or why do you want this job. It was more of an audition on how well I could communicate.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
