Entrevista
The client company that interviewed me was iconectiv based in Piscataway, NJ. KForce was the staffing organization who got me the interview.
Before the interview was scheduled, I had a 30 minute meeting with the iconectiv hiring manager, where he provided me an overview of the company. his group and also the job responsibilities. The interview was face to face, and I met with the hiring manager, and the project lead, who handled the technical interview part.
The technical interview started off with knowing what skills I have worked on in the past etc. Then there were some specific questions in Core Java, Struts, webservices and Oracle database. None of these were really difficult, and were more at a beginner level.
All of us had a feeling I think that the interview went very smooth, and the hiring manager talked to me about the next steps including my possible joining date etc. The same day, I got a confirmation that I am being offered this role thru the KForce staffing manager.

There were no unexpected or difficult questions, it was very straight-forward, and the level of difficulty was say 2 on a scale of 1 - 5.

Entrevista
The whole process was a clusterfrick. The recruiter had no idea what interview I was on. Did not prepare me at all for the interviews I had, I had 5 rounds of interviews and the recruiter said there would be just 3. He was mixing up dates of interviews. The pay for the role that was in SF was poverty level. I would have to live at my parents house. Skip this company. Its a waste of time. Also it was a frontend role and they had me do a medium leetcode. Insane

It was the worst interview ever. The interviewer mentioned he had worked for the company for 10 years. The experience was stressful because he kept asking questions in a very pressing manner. I definitely won't work for this company; those rude interviewers can keep their 10-year careers.

Entrevista
Recruiter set up multiple interviews with different teams and clients. Most of the interviews were a single round interview with very quick response. Got a job on the third try.
