loved it! The very first short phone intro was directly with hiring manager and I felt it was two-way street. The person went great length to present the company and position, asked few questions about myself, was very flexible to speed up the process and invited me for a full interview the next day. Even though the most of the time during the interview I was presenting the case study, but hiring manager has provided me with more information to better understand the context, has explained me the processes specific to the business. I felt like we were speaking equal to equal, and I’ve learned a lot during the process. Few days later hiring manager called me to personally convey the feedback - they prefered to go with other candidates. Though hiring manager recognised I could be a good fit for other positions and put me in touch with relevant person. I really liked the personal contact with hiring manager which is not always the case.

5 interviews for one role was very excessive. There didn’t appear to be any shortlisting process through either and was a considerable amount of time, resource and energy to continue with these interviews

Entrevista
Relatively quick process. Not tremendously difficult for it to be split into three days. Could have been done in half a day
Engineers and recruitment team were quite impressive. Asked quite challenging and relevant questions. Very informative and fully supported every step
Seems to be heavily influenced by leadership which is quite young and may be less seasoned hence the indecisiveness.
