Interview process was very smooth and well managed. Recruiter contacted me and explained about the company and hiring process. There were total 4 rounds.
1) Aptitude and personality development mcqs. There would be 40-50 questions and need to answer in 20 mins
2) Hands on round - given a problem statement need to code it
3) Technical and managerial round with team lead and technology VP
4) Hiring Manager round
After all these rounds there would be a CTC discussion with the HR(no negotiation on ctc) , once confirmed they share the offer letter.
Their compensation is good and above industry Standard and the interview panel was friendly and they were open ro answer any questions related to company or the tech they use.
