interviews only after passing employment test which are math and spatial questions having nothing to do with change management tasks. Then they held disjointed individual and several panel interviews over Zoom asking technical sales questions which had nothing to do with job description.

It was an awesome experience indeed...the team of interviewers made it completely smooth and it was more of a learning experience ..there were technical as well as quantitative based questions they were put forth..so overall they tested, the logical and analytical part along with technical studies.
