I was contacted by the HR to schedule a phone screening with the Hiring Manager. The interview was very basic, nothing technical just a few questions about my background. I had followed up diligently as I was sincerely interested in this role and all I got from the HR was that they are still reviewing for three weeks straight. In the fourth week I emailed them and no reply, called them and even left a message but still no reply. And the very next day I get an auto-generated reply saying they have selected someone else. Really disappointed by the way they treat candidates.
