I was searching online and found KiDO, which is an international brand. I really like their teaching style because it is very unique, and they also offer many opportunities for career progression. These are the main reasons that attracted me. I applied online directly through their website. After that, the KiDO hiring manager, Jo, contacted me and took my first‑round telephone interview. I was selected for the second‑round, in‑person interview. Jo guided me a lot throughout my journey. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I really appreciate her working style. Her guidance helped me present my skills confidently. I applied for the Greenwich branch. The manager and deputy manager were very nice and professional, which impressed me a lot. The interview lasted about half an hour. After that, I visited the rooms and met the children and staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and the environment was very welcoming. I really liked it. Later that afternoon, Jo called me and informed me that I had been selected for the role.

A very smooth interview process that consisted of an initial call and then a two stage virtual interview. Paeng was very lovely throughout and made the whole process feel easy!
