First they had scheduled me for a phone interview but then had forgotten the date of the interview. Then we rescheduled to an in-person interview that had some basic interview questions and also some more creative scenario questions related to the job.

They called me and asked about my experience working with kids. Even though I had little, they offered me to join the training. Interview was quick and only took about 15 minutes.

Entrevista
I initially spoke with someone over the phone to discuss my interest in the job. After, a one-on-one interview with overall clinical director was scheduled to discuss past experience, questions, interest, scenarios, etc. This interview lasted about 30-45 minutes.
