I had a very brief phone conversation with the Assistant Director and scheduled a time to come in. I came in interview wear. We talked briefly about myself and job and what it entailed. I was then told that I would go into a class room to see if it was a good fit. I was not aware before hand so I did not show up in the proper attire to play with preschoolers. I was then brought into another office and chatted with the Director where she told me what my pay would be (not enough for the work being done) and the rules of the school. I was offered a job on the spot but told them I would need a few days to decide
