brief process just looking to hire whoever. dont think they cared if i had experience or not.
More thorough training for employees who are first time child care workers would be helpful. It's alot to take in when you are a newbie Continue to stay connected to the staff and remain firm on things such as gossiping and cell phone use. They have you fill out an application first then you have an interview with the director.
(Whom takes everyone).
She doesn't adk questions about job ability but about ones day and passes you on to her boss.
That boss is actually qualified to hire.

Entrevista
Very straight forward. Have you worked with kids? A few situational questions about how you work on a team and how you collaborate with parents. Obviously no one goes into childcare to become a millionaire so some work with kids is always a plus.
The interview process was simple, thorough and well explained. I walked away feeling informed on the next steps of the hiring process. Having prior work experience is a plus, in addition to being certified in first aid and CPR.

super easy and laid back. Interviewer was down to earth and overall and wanted to know me as a person. Only one interview and was offered the job the same day.
