Spoke to MASS reps at a career fair. Did an interview with a Kiewit rep on campus the next day. Had to do a written prompt video as an interview, and then had a 2 on 1 interview with two h.r. reps from Kiewit down the road. One of the biggest things I didn't like about the process was that every time I spoke with a different representative that was interviewing me they had no idea who had interviewed me before, what they had asked, or anything like that.

It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
