Unusual interview, I had to record myself using a webcam provided by Kiewit. I am a personable guy so it was hard to convey myself by talking to my computer and seeing me in the screen. The questions were timed (3 minutes to answer) and you had 30 secs. to read the question and think about what you were gonna say. I was timid at first, but pulled it together and received an offer from them two days later.
However, the questions were very easy.
Such as:
Tell us about yourself.
What is your favorite subject?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Name an obstacle that you have had to surpass.
What sectors of construction are thriving right now?
What made you interested in Industrial?
What sets you apart from everyone else?

It was a pretty chill interview process overall. I applied through an immersion program, completed a phone screen, and then had an interview with the team. The interview felt relaxed and conversational. I heard back about a week later with an offer.

You get a phone screening first and then get assigned an engineer to interview with you. The video interview is pretty chill, and he just asks you some questions about your resume.

Simple, Friendly interviewer. The interview with HR was very quick and brief. The interview with a higher manager was very friendly and casual. Questions were normal for this interview. Heard back within 3 weeks.
