The interview consisted of two current employees, one was a field engineer and the other human resources. The whole process took about an hour. Most questions were generally straight foreword. They emailed me within a week to inform me that I did in fact get the job. However I declined due to other opportunities.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
