Hire Vue video interview. You are given 1.5 mins to answer each question, 6 in total. You have time between the interview questions to take a break. Once you view the question you have 30 seconds to prep before you are forced to answer the question.The questions cover a variety of topics from why you are in your field of study to what industry in Kiewit you would like to work in.

All phone interview. Was very smooth. I talk to two different people. One was a recruiter then I talked to an area manager. Both we just talked like normal. Just talking about what I did in the past.

Entrevista
Was a one time video interview where the video portion was on my computer while I phoned in to a conference call number they had given me on my smart phone. The interview was very friendly and was not much of the engineering type questions I had practiced. The interviewer was just simply trying to get to know me. I wasnt nearly as nervous as I normally get for interviews.
Applied through University. Got a phone interview after about a week. Interview was pretty basic with some behavioral questions along with other questions that are similar to that posted by other users. The entire process took 3 weeks.
