Online questionnaire - ten minute timed that tested basic math, vocabulary and pattern recognition and 30min soft skill questions. Hire-vue (video recording) which consisted of five three minute questions with 30 seconds to prepare between each. Next phase is an on campus interview in person with a HR person and an Engineer.

Tell me of a time when you had to give constructive criticism
I immediately got a call for an interview that same week that I applied, and the woman doing the interview was very rude and sounded like she was having a bad day.
This position I applied for was online. After applying online I was invited via email for a 30 minute one-on-one interview . I was asked 5 questions in which some of the questions were about my past work experience that was listed on my resume.

Entrevista
They took my 2 interviews, one at career fair and other at their location... The total process took 3 months for rejection.. in between they don't even reply to single mail. On telephone, they answer me that it's in process only. After 3 months process I got rejection without knowing anything..
I feel if they are rejecting then they should inform the candidate as early as possible.
