Entrevista
I met with one man and then I met with another man. Both were quite nice and accomplished individuals. They asked the typical questions about past experiences,likes and do not likes. It was quite smooth,no drilling or testing, quite professional and above the norm, yet typical for construction engineering field of employment. They pretty much wanted to get of who you were, what you were about and from that determined your potential.

The best question was when another man's name in the business came up that I had previously worked with under another company, the interviewer asked me do you know him, does he know you? Next interview that man acknowledged me and it helped.

Very fast and simple very nice took multiple interviews. Asked a couple background questions and things like that. Overall pretty easy. Didn’t ask to many technical questions. Look presentable. And be able to come up with questions to ask the interviewer.

The interviewer was in his car hitting a vape during the interview. He asked basic questions and didnt seem to be interested at all. He talked about competitive the company was. By the end of the interview i didnt want the job at all

Entrevista
It is a three step interview including a final interview where they fly you out. The first two interviews are basic normal interviews. The interviewers were kind and helpful. This interview was for an entry level position.
