The interview process is competitive, it starts a with a video interview, then a phone call interview, then you'll be brought in for a "career day" at this point you are a shoe in. You'll interview with 2 managers. More interested in working with good people. The interview is more a conversation and finding out what you want.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.

Very fast and very professional. Answered all my questions and asked good sound questions from me. Explained the expectations of the job & told me exactly how the hiring process would go
