Kiewit practically found me! I met them at a career fair, the next day I had an interview, and within a week I received an offer. The interview was really relaxed and I was interviewed by two individuals. Mostly I was asked questions about myself and my resume and past experiences both with life and work. I was greatly informed of the Kiewit way of life and all that would be asked of me. The individuals who interviewed me were very personable and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
