It was an easy process. One phone call with a recruiter and an in person interview. Very friendly conversations. Asked basic interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Only had 2 conversations. Only negative is it took extended time to hear back about if I received an offer or not.

Entrevista
The interview process led with an informal phone interview with a recruiter to get to know me a little more. Following that I was invited down to the Lenexa office to participate in two more rounds of interviews. I was reimbursed for mileage driven, and they provided a hotel for me the night before.

2 interviews and it was more like conversations rather than an interview. Excel test required. Asked about previous experience, and focused on why I wanted to work at the company.
