Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Kiip (San Francisco, CA) em ago. de 2017
Entrevista
First step was a general phone screen with the recruiter to talk about my background and solve a technical problem.
Second was another phone screen with one of the engineers from Kiip.
Finally, I went on-site to meet nine members from Kiip (engineers and HR) and the interview was a little over 6 hours long. Everyone was very knowledgeable, modest, and friendly :)
Overall, the interview process was smooth sailing for the most part because my recruiter guided me well by keeping me well-informed throughout each step.

I was asked around a total of about 12 technical problems during the whole process. Most of them were actually common questions that most tech companies ask during interviews. I recommend candidates to practice algorithm questions through online resources.

After applying online, I was contacted by Alex their recruiter for a phone screen. Following the phone screen, I talked to one of their engineers on a technical phone screen. I was then invited for an onsite interview at their office in San Francisco with 5 different people over 4 hours. Enjoyed chatting with the people at Kiip, the team there is very smart and motivated to do a good job. Exactly the kind of people you would want to work with. The offer stage follows the onsite interview, but I unfortunately did not receive an offer.

The entire interview process took about two weeks. In this time were various rounds, which had different levels of intensity
1) Recruiter Phone Screen
2) First round phone interview with current AM
3) In-Person for cultural fit (3 different 30m 1:1 interviews)
4) Google Hangout with SF prior AM
5) Final round Google Hangout with CRO
In between round 4 and 5 the LA team took me out for some drinks to genuinely hang out and get to know me as a person (LA is a satellite office so this was imperative). I don't consider this a round because it was so enjoyable
The entire time, Alex the recruiter was, in touch. He would call and check in on my status with Kiip, how the interviews went, and my status with other companies. Overall, he was very transparent about the whole process on his end. Alex really made this an amazing two week, high intensity experience and was an invaluable resource for me.
