Typical Targeted selection interview. Strengths/ Weaknesses questions. Etc. Interview starts with a 5 question questionnaire, essay format. Panel was 3 people. HR, Ops Manager, and floor supervisor. Positions do not require previous aviation experience. No need for an A&P.

Questions were generic targeted selection. After description of job description, I was asked if I was aware that wire shops tend to have lower pay in aviation.
