The process was transparent, smooth and well-conducted by the recruiter. I had four meetings :
- a video call with the recruiter (45mn)
- a video call with the on-chain team (about 1 hour) after a technical test at home
- a video call cultural fit with COO/CPO (about 1 hour)
- a physical interview with the CEO (45mn)
All people I talked to were very nice and the company seems promising. The technical test included 5 exercises in Solidity with an increasing difficulty (special mention for the last exercise). Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer since another candidate got the job.
