Initial round of interviews were conducted by a staffing agency to ensure culture fit and assess skill match. Subsequent interviews were completed with the position's direct report, teammates, hiring manager and CEO. Initial interviews were conducted via video chat, followed by in person interviews to dig deeper into organizational fit.

Very conversational and relaxed. Asked about background and skillset but felt as though it was to check if the personality would be a good fit for culture. Company and perks seemed great however, the job was not what I was looking for, so I ended up removing myself from the process.
