I interviewed while still in college. I met with a recruiter for an initial screening and to go over some experience/education. I was then flown into Neenah, WI where I spent a day at the Kimberly-Clark offices interviewing with various employees and managers within their supply chain department. They had "peers" that were newer at Kimberly-Clark take us to lunch as well. Overall it was a good experience.
