Multiple Choice Examination followed with a background check. After meeting these requirements you are entered into a pool of applicants until an opening is available. Once selected from the pool an initial interview is given followed up by a panel style interview made up of crew personnel you will be working alongside. Ultimately they will have the final say on if your employment process is continued or terminated. The whole process can be very lengthy (3-8months)
