1st round - phone screen 2nd round - Teams call with Hiring Manager 3rd round - Case Study/Teams call with Hiring Manager and 2up Manager 4th round - F2F with local HRD Overall, the process was lengthy and disengaging. The local Recruiter was not engaged. Hardly followed up after each round to seek feedback and/or keep candidates in the loop. Have not received final feedback about my case study which is disappointing.
