Entrevista
Applied for the Landscape Architect Analyst (basically Entry-Level Landscape Architect but they call it that for legal reasons). I applied online and also met a recruiter on campus at my university. I had 2 phone interviews then was flown to Dallas for an in-person interview. If they are serious about you, the recruiters are really intense and will hound you. Flattering, but also a lot of pressure.

I met with 3 groups of 2 people. The conversation was very comfortable with everyone so it was more of a conversation than back and forth interview questions. I would say the more conversational you can keep it, the better and more casual.
