Went very well met with AFOM Jonathan and FOM Mathew. These guys are awesome! I really felt like I could see myself as apart of the Kimpton family! The job description was thoroughly explained along with worst case scenario events. I look forward to hearing something in the future soon, if I am not selected I will definitely look forward to applying for any vacancies in the future. I definitely want to be apart of the team!

Entrevista
I was interviewed for this position by a manager who was days away from leaving, which likely affected the overall tone of the interview. I applied for the job and received a call within the same week. This is a fairly low-skilled job but it does require a fairly high amount of responsibility since you're the MOD (and one of only 2 employees) during your shift, so in addition to gauging your overall customer service experience and basic computer knowledge, they'll also ask about your performance under pressure and ability to defuse tense situations. They will ask the dreaded behavioral interview questions ("Give me an example of a time you had to...." but they're not too tough. After a 20 minute interview, I was offered the job on the spot.

Entrevista
I applied online and they called me in the next day for the first interview. Within a couple of days i received another call for a interview with the GM which went well. I was offered the job on the spot!
