The interview process was the most thorough process I've ever been through. It showed that they definitely cared, and wanted to make sure I vibed well with the rest of the team. It began with a 30 minute phone call, then and in-person 30 minute interview, and then another interview this time with 4 other members of their team, each taking 30 minutes. They all asked great, thoughtful questions! Overall a great experience. I think the most difficult part of it all was that it was so lengthy and I hadn't experienced a long interview process like that before.
