Very professionnal in their approach. Well mannered people during interview. More like a casual chat than a formatted classic interview. Had the impression, than skills were second to personnal behavior. Not a bad moment to go through.

I did self-introduction first and then they asked some questions about my past experiences. You don't need to have hotel experiences but if you have experiences related to services would be good.

The interview is a two step process, first you meet with the front office director or assistant director, then you proceed and meet the hotel general manager. If the directors like you they will have you conduct all of these steps within 2 hours if not they will just have you return
