The interview process included a phone interview and an in person interview where I had the opportunity to meet multiple team members and managers in 30 min time slots. After the on-site I received an offer and moved forward with a background check. The entire process moved pretty quickly and every conversation was warm and welcoming! While standard interview questions were asked, the interviews felt more conversational. Kimpton really cares about the interviewee beyond just their skill set and wants to make sure it’s a great fit! After the on-site meetings were done I was taken out to lunch to debrief and had the chance to chat on a more casual level. Kimpton has a lot of pride and excitement about their culture, the people they hire, and a strong love for the hospitality industry. These qualities shine in the interview process and make interviewing with Kimpton fun!
