It was a great interview, they definitely want to ensure that the person they are hiring is someone who is customer service minded and ready to go above and beyond for the guests.

Tell me about a difficult time when you had to deal with an angry guest who had a terrible experience at the hotel with another agent, how did you handle the situation and help the guest?

Entrevista
The Director of Front Offices interviewed me first, he never made eye contact with me and the whole interview felt rushed. I did have a follow up with the GM and again it seemed rushed, they seemed desperate to hire someone but I felt they had someone else in mind and were just stringing me along. It was disappointing to interview with a a Director of FO who had no focus or care.
