There were multiple stages of interviews. The first was a phone interview, a sort of vetting process. Nothing too difficult... they just want to make sure you are a fit. After that, they give about a week to work on a small development project of your choice, something to showcase your abilities. You then go in for a series of interviews. The first is with HR, the next with some devs on the team, the final with the manager. All people involved in the process were very professional and nice. The interview process was long, but very good.
