Entrevista
Very informal, began with a phone interview 7 days earlier due to relocating to the area. I then went in mid-Octover last year. The director at the time asked me a couple questions. I then asked her a couple questions. Then she introduced me to the Assistant Director at the time and we asked each other a couple of questions. I was then shown around the center by another staff member. When I returned to the office I was hired on the spot, pending clearance through corporate. I then had to negotiate pay, which I had to play hard ball on because they low balled me.

Applied online got a call the next day for an interview. Interview on Friday and got the call on my way back home. Was offered the job in the same day. Process took about 5 days

They ask different scenarios about children and see what you would do, ask if you have transportation to get to work. And why would you want to work there. Then they tell you what they are about and how the company came about

Entrevista
There were two working interviews and due to computer issues the process took awhile. There was a background check a TB test and prior experience paperwork. You had to have all of your childcare certifications and at least some experience working in childcare.
