Since I worked at another center before working there they just gave me the job instead of interviewing me. Never even opened my file. Even up until I left they didn't check out my file!

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
