I submitted my application online, then chose to follow-up with the Director onsite a week later. I handed the director a physical copy of my resume and she gave me her business card. She called the next day to schedule an interview with me a week later. I was offered the position a week after that. The entire process took approximately 3 weeks. There were some technological hiccups with the corporate office that made the onboarding process cumbersome, but overall it was a positive experience.
