Three step interview process: online application, phone interview, and in person interview with direct supervisor. There were additional online personality tests required as well as a preliminary background screen. I spoke with a recruiter after submitting an online application. The recruiter asked some introductory questions and provided background information. I met with my direct supervisor for a final interview. I received very little information about what my role and responsibilities would be, being told I would learn more during the training process. I wish I had asked more questions about support for the area and growth as ay work load tripled during my time with KinderCare Education without any additional support.
