Interview was 3 person panel, video, about 30-45 mins long. Each person asked about 5 questions ranging from patient care to dealing with employees and administrators, etc. very laid back and easy interview

Interview process was detailed and to the content. It was related to my profession, techniques, skills and bedside manners. They also asked about my interests, future and five year plans.
