Met with Rehab director at the hospital for 45 minutes, for a PRN position. Discussed my work experience and the demands of the job, need for working well with the rehab group and nursing staff.

Complete application, await recruiting call, manager eventually calls you. Phone interview then in person. The questions were very typical of any physical therapy interview. They did get back to me with an offer that was on par in terms of salary but I did decline offer
Friendly interviewers. Was a little surprised the interview was in person with Covid restrictions, but it seems like a good place to work with ethical people. Hope one day I can apply again!
