Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Kindred Hospitals em jun. de 2024
Entrevista
I interviewed with the local CEO in person then I interviewed with the regional clinical liaison manager via teams. Both were very nice people. The CEO interview was much more casual and relaxed but I think that’s because JACO was in the building. The clinical liaison manager was much more in-depth.

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Kindred Hospitals (Chicago, IL).
Entrevista
Contacted by recruiter, then face to face on site. Interviews were switched around and was a lengthy process even though they said that they wanted to hire ASAP. The company is very disorganized and doesn't even know what they want out of a candidate. The people that interview you for a sales position have never done sales and have no clue what it takes to be successful. Most of their questions were just hypothetical questions that they haven't been able to figure out. The two people I interviewed with, 1 was a director and said um over 100 times and the assistant director was much more confident and personable. They seemed to already have their candidate picked based on the interactions I had with the staff members. Kindred will waste your time and then hire a former employer or someone pre selected and they'll interview to cover their butt
