It was a day long process, meeting with several people including the Controller who was my direct supervisor. The Vice President of Internal Audit, who I would be required to work closely with that department on a regular basis. Met with the Division Chief Financial Officer, who obviously had a lot of influence on the position. Met with the Director of Finance, who ultimately I would be replacing although they didn't know it at the time, which made this part of the interview process a little uncomfortable. And met with a few other Finance department Senior Directors and the Chief Clinical person for the Hospital Division.
