easy. walked in, we chatted for about 15-20 min. about work experience and briefly about myself. they liked me, called me the next day with offer. since it was an entry level position and I've already had some experience, I think my hire was heavily based on my personality. But working 12 hours a day with person in the same space, that strategy should definitely be used more than anything else.
